Hi, I'm Sarah Lehman!
I’m an Iowa native, former Division I athlete, second-generation REALTOR®, and someone who genuinely loves helping people feel at home in the Des Moines metro.
I grew up around real estate, but what made me want to build a career of my own in the industry was the people. I love getting to know my clients, understanding what they’re working toward, and helping turn those goals into reality. To me, real estate is personal—and I believe the experience should feel that way too.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I was a Division I softball pitcher at the University of Iowa, where I also earned my BBA in Entrepreneurship. Being a college athlete shaped the way I approach my business today. I’m competitive, driven, detail-oriented, and not afraid to work hard for the people I represent.
Today, I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, sellers, relocation clients, and real estate investors throughout West Des Moines, Waukee, Des Moines, and the surrounding communities. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving to the area, building your investment portfolio, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process feel clear, exciting, and as stress-free as possible.
